It's killing me that I can't figure out where and when that photo was taken. Rod Wilson took it, but the building in the background just doesn't look familiar to me at all.
Could it have been a photo taken at UM during our ill fated visit Jackson's freshmen year that Rod got a hold of somehow?

The black painted iron railing and ugly style brick building scream West Point. It's got me baffled as well though.
It is the fort montgomery fire department front steps.
I think this was Greg,s graduation party.
